Never clean your gutter again

For aluminum gutters, we offer a simple solution for leaf debris.
The Home Pros Gutter Guard leaf-deterrent gutter system is Warranted for 20 years.
The design and installation better prevents both heavy debris build-up and water absorption on the roof edge, thus reducing costly maintenance and water damage.

First we clean and apply a wood-sealer to exposed wood above the gutter. Then we install a metal drip edge to protect your roof edge from water damage. Finally, we cover this with the aluminum leaf guard.

EPDM built-in gutter systems - what you should know

The built in E.P.D.M roof gutter system is not an attached gutter like the standard 5” aluminum k gutter as seen in the before and after photos above.

Literally the built in E.P.D.M roof gutter system as seen in the 2 photos below are a built in structural gutter system which if left unmaintained and leaks develop can often result unnecessary water ingress and wood rot damage to the transitioning components and walls leading to large financial solutions.

  • Built-in EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) roof gutter systems     → image
The most common problem with EPDM built-in gutter systems is lack of maintenance resulting in excessive seam deterioration/delaminating (separation) often a result right from original construction improper installations. Primary damage is usually wood rot due to prolonged leakage inside the built-in gutter trough.

The EPDM gutter system is a high end system and with that, left unmaintained replacement costs for the average-sized home range from $4,500 to $10,000, depending upon the roof system.

The best solution of course is to keep up your regular maintenance schedule.

If you do not already have a regular maintenance schedule in place, call a professional and have your system inspected so that you can get your EPDM gutter system on track for longer life expectancy to better prevent unnecessary system failure.
